These are v1 terms covering the SellMCMwaitlist. They will be expanded before the full platform launches. In the meantime, the short version: sign up honestly, don't abuse the system, and we'll treat your data with respect.

Acceptance of terms

By joining the SellMCMwaitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up — we won't be offended.

What SellMCMis (and what it isn't)

SellMCMis a lead-capture and deal-routing platform. We connect people selling mid-century modern furniture with a curated network of dealers. Here's what we are not:

  • Not a marketplace.We don't list items for sale and we don't facilitate browsing by buyers.
  • Not a payment processor. We never hold, transmit, or escrow money between buyer and seller. Payment is handled directly between the two parties after introduction.
  • Not a shipping or logistics service. Pickup and delivery are arranged between buyer and seller.SellMCM does not coordinate, insure, or guarantee transportation of any item.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use SellMCM. We may expand to additional countries in the future, but v1 is US-only.

Waitlist conduct

Don't sign up with fake information, don't use automated tools to submit multiple entries, and don't use someone else's email address. We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Modifications

We may update these terms as the platform develops. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes (anything that affects your rights or obligations) will be communicated via email to your waitlist address.

Disclaimer of warranties

The waitlist is provided as-is. Signing up does not guarantee access to the platform, a specific launch date, or availability in your area. We're building as fast as we can, but we're not making promises we can't keep.
