- Every submission is reviewed by our team first. We check quality, verify photos, and confirm the piece is something dealers actually want. Only vetted submissions reach your feed.
- Can I change my operating area later?
- Yes, anytime. Update your operations zone in your dashboard settings. Changes apply to new opportunities immediately — they don't affect existing offers.
- What happens if the piece isn't as described?
- Report it through your dashboard. Our team reviews the issue and either issues a credit to your account or works with the seller to resolve it. We don't leave you holding the bag.
- Do I have to pick up the piece myself?
- Pickup is between you and the seller. Most dealers pick up themselves or use their own shippers. SellMCM doesn't handle logistics — that's your domain.
- How does the subscription fee work with credits?
- Credits from disputes auto-apply to your next deal fee. They can also offset subscription invoices. Your credit balance is always visible in your billing dashboard.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- No. The free tier has no commitment at all. The $49/month subscription is cancel-anytime — no contract, no early termination fee.
