What we collect

Right now, SellMCM collects only what we need to run the waitlist and prepare for launch:

• Email address — to confirm your signup and notify you when we launch in your area.
• Zip code (sellers only) — so we can match you with dealers in your geography when the platform goes live.
• Business name, city/state, and operations zone (dealers only) — so we know where you operate and can route relevant opportunities to you.
• IP address — stored temporarily for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not used for tracking or marketing.

How we use it

• To confirm your waitlist signup and send you a confirmation email.
• To contact you when SellMCM launches in your area or when your dealer application is ready for review.
• To prevent abuse (spam signups, automated submissions).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketing partners. Period.

Who we share with

Your data is processed by two third-party services, both used strictly to operate SellMCM:

• Supabase — our database provider, where your waitlist information is stored.
• Resend — our email delivery service, which sends your confirmation email.

Neither service uses your data for their own marketing. We do not use cookies, analytics services, or advertising pixels on this site.

How long we retain it

Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until the platform launches and your waitlist entry converts into a full account. IP addresses used for rate limiting are retained for 24 hours and then discarded.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing support@sellmcm.com. We'll remove your information within five business days.
